The Trust’s Head of Occupational Therapy and Rehab in Forensic Services, Becky Lodge, has shared her job interview tips for occupational therapists in The Guardian.

In the article, Becky is asked how she selects the right candidates and what interviewees can say to impress her. Responding to “what makes a good occupational therapist?” she said:

“Interviewees should talk about how they manage challenging situations and their own stress levels, as well as supervisions and reflective practice. These are all clinical skills that you need to be able to demonstrate at interview. We also need to see that you know how to seek support when you need it.”
