Services

We provide both inpatient care and treatment in the community in the London boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hounslow.
We also provide a child and adolescent mental health service for the London Borough of Brent.
As well as community and inpatient mental health services, we are a leading national provider of forensic (secure) and specialist mental healthcare.
In Ealing, we provide intermediate physical health care (Home ward) to help prevent people having to go to hospital. We also run One You Ealing, part of a national programme to help improve people’s general health and wellbeing.

On these pages you will find out more about what we do and how we care to make a difference.

The local services clinical service unit covers the full spectrum of community and inpatient mental health care for the London boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hounslow. Read more about local services.
The specialist and forensic clinical service unit is one of the largest and most diverse services of its kind, covering forensic services, both inpatient and community, for men, women and adolescents, as well as specialist personality disorder treatment and the largest gender identity clinic in the world. Broadmoor Hospital is a specialist service that provides assessment, treatment and care in conditions of high security for men from London and the south of England.
It’s one of three high-security psychiatric hospitals in England, and is internationally recognised, both for work with patients and for our extensive research activities.
We treat people with mental illness and personality disorders who represent a high degree of risk to themselves or to others. Read more about our high secure services.
