Nominations for the 2012 Quality Awards are now open.

Make a nomination.

The Quality Awards celebrate outstanding members of staff who live our values of togetherness, responsibility, caring and excellence.

We need your help to find our brightest stars and to highlight the greatest achievements from the past year.

You can nominate somone for an award if you work for us, use our services, or work for a partner organisation.

Service users or carers can be nominated for the Togetherness through involvement award.

Nominations close on 27 August 2012.
