Following our Care Quality Commission (CQC) re-inspection in November 2016, the Trust has been working through our quality improvement plans.
Those plans address the key areas that the CQC raised, the actions resulting from the warning notice at Broadmoor Hospital and have been developed in line with our quality priorities.
This summary sets out our vision for quality improvement and our key plans to move our CQC rating from ‘requires improvement’ to ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’.
There are now quality improvement plans in place in each service line and within central corporate services.
The Trust will continue to post updates on here on this website as it works through its quality improvement plans.
