You can give us feedback about our services online using our new patient and carer surveys. You can also use the special iPads available on wards and in community sites.
Payment for involvement is changing
We are reviewing the way we pay service users and carers for involvement. In the future, payments will be made by BACS (bank transfer).
Become a member of our Trust and help make a difference to mental health care where you live.
As a member you’ll be more involved in our future plans and be able to stand as a governor on our Council of Governors.
Service user, carer and public involvement is one of our priorities for improving the quality and effectiveness of our services.
These include sitting on staff interview panels, giving opinions on service changes and reviewing strategy and policy/guidance, or even helping out at local events.
We ‘ll do all we can to make sure that you’re:
- Provided with quality information that meets your needs.
- Given with opportunities to feed back your experiences of the service.
- Offered training to help and empower you to get involved in trust business in a way that suits you.
