If you need help to find your way around our services or have any problems, our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is on hand.

PALS offer confidential advice, information and support. We can help you sort out any concerns or queries you may have about the care we provide, guiding you through the different services available from the NHS or other organisations.

PALS is for everyone, whether you use our services or care for someone who does.

We can’t offer counselling, diagnosis or any medical advice, but we can support you if you are finding it hard to access or understand any of our services.

You can call us free Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm on 0800 064 3330.

If you call outside these hours, there’s an answer machine where you can leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

You can also email us at pals@wlmht.nhs.uk.

We’ll always try to answer your questions or concerns as quickly as possible, but not every issue can be resolved immediately. In these cases, we may need to take your contact details so we can let you know the answer or what progress has been made.
